At Wild Koala Designs, we’re committed to packing and sending your handmade orders as quickly and carefully as possible.
Please review our shipping terms below so you know what to expect when shopping with us.
All orders are processed within 1–6 business days after payment is received.
As many of our products are handmade, please allow extra time during busy periods, product launches, sales events, or when large or custom orders are placed.
If we expect a delay beyond our usual processing timeframe, we will contact you by email.
Our workshop operates Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
We currently ship within Australia.
Standard Shipping: Flat rate of $9.95 Australia-wide
Express Shipping: Available at checkout for an additional cost, where offered
Estimated delivery time is generally 2–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and the delivery carrier.
Rural, regional and remote areas may take longer.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by Australia Post or courier delays, public holidays, peak periods, weather events or other circumstances outside our control.
We currently do not ship internationally.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details where tracking is available.
Please use the tracking link provided to follow the progress of your delivery.
If your parcel is delayed or appears lost, please contact us at wildkoaladesigns@gmail.com and we will assist where possible.
If you need to update your shipping address, please email us as soon as possible at wildkoaladesigns@gmail.com.
We may be able to update your address if your order has not yet been processed, packed or dispatched.
Once an order has been processed or dispatched, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
We aim to maintain accurate stock levels, but in rare cases an item may become unavailable after an order has been placed.
If this happens, we will contact you and offer one of the following options:
If your order contains multiple items, we may ship the available items first and arrange the remaining item separately, depending on the situation.

Please keep the damaged item and packaging until the issue has been reviewed, as the carrier may require evidence for an investigation.
We will work with you to resolve the issue in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy and your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Consumer guarantees apply when goods are faulty, damaged or not as described, and businesses must provide an appropriate remedy where required.
If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please check your tracking details first.
If the parcel appears lost or there has been no tracking update for an unusual period, please contact us at wildkoaladesigns@gmail.com.
We will assist you in following up with the delivery carrier.
A carrier investigation may be required before a replacement or refund can be arranged.
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been processed, made, packed or dispatched.
Once production, packing or dispatch has begun, we may not be able to cancel the order, especially for handmade, custom or personalised items.
All prices on our website are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
