Shipping Policy

At Wild Koala Designs, we’re committed to delivering your handmade orders as quickly and carefully as possible.
Please review our shipping terms below so you know what to expect when shopping with us.

1. Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–7 business days after payment is received.
As many of our products are handmade, please allow extra time during busy periods or when large or custom orders are placed.

Our workshop operates Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

2. Shipping Within Australia

• Standard Shipping: Flat rate $9.95 (Australia-wide).

• Estimated Delivery Time: 2–7 business days after dispatch.
  (Rural areas may take slightly longer.)
  

3. International Shipping

We currently do not ship to international destinations.

4. Tracking & Notifications

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where available).
Some smaller items may not include tracking due to courier restrictions.

If your parcel is delayed or appears lost, please contact the courier or email us at wildkoaladesigns@gmail.com — we’ll assist wherever possible.

5. Change of Address

If you need to update your shipping address, please email us within 24 hours of placing your order.
After this window, we may not be able to modify the address.

6. Out-of-Stock Items

We aim to maintain accurate stock levels, but in rare cases an item may become unavailable.
If that happens, we will:

• Ship the available items immediately, and

• Either refund or ship the remaining item once it’s back in stock (your choice).

7. Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact the courier directly for compensation or notify us at wildkoaladesigns@gmail.com so we can assist with your claim.
If your parcel appears lost or hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery window, please reach out — we’ll help track it down.

8. Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.
Once production or dispatch has begun, we’re unable to cancel the order.

9. Taxes & Duties

All prices on our website include Australian sales tax (GST).
